Kemper pleaded guilty on 9/28/2022 to one felony count of perjury in relation to offences committed during the 2019 general election in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The conviction was reduced to a misdemeanor as part of a negotiated plea agreement. Kemper was sentenced on the same day to 365 days imprisonment, 363 days of which were suspended, plus $185 in costs.[5]Dearborn Superior Court II, State of Indiana v. Troy A. Bartlett pleaded guilty on 10/24/2022 to one felony count of conspiracy to commit fraudulent subscription to another person’s name in relation to offenses committed during the 2019 general election in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Bartlett was sentenced on the same day to 910 imprisonment, suspended for 910 days, 40 hours of community service and $185 in court costs.
