Skiles was found guilty after trial on both counts on 8/2/22 and was sentenced on 10/12/22 to up to three years imprisonment, suspended, plus three years of probation and $1,500 in fines and fees.[2]State of Idaho v. Guggenheim changed his plea to guilty as part of a agreement on 12/28/2021. The plea was accepted on 4/19/2022 and Guggenheim was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation, 100 hours of public service, to be completed within six months, and $1,245.50 in fees.[5]State of Idaho v.
