A New York court temporarily suspended the law license of Rudy Giuliani, who served as a lawyer for Donald Trump, for making “demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large” regarding the outcome of the 2020 election. Lawyers in two cases related to the 2020 election, one in Colorado and one in Michigan, were also sanctioned.
