US District Court: Election Integrity Project California, Inc., et al. v. Alex Padilla, California Secretary of State, et al. was filed in US District Court, Central District of California, on January 4, 2021. The complaint sought declaratory and injunctive relief in relation to the November 3, 2020, General Election including a request to preserve paper ballots and all voting machines as well as a request to decertify the election results.
